All our tenants are important to us, as we develop a working relationship whilst they are in our landlord’s property, and as potential landlords of the future.

When looking for your rented home, it is important that you deal with a reputable letting agent. As a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), we are able to offer you the security of a responsible, regulated agent up to date with legislation.

Any deposit monies you pay to us and any rent received are automatically protected. This is not the case with unregulated agents who often offer you no such security and depth of knowledge.

We do undertake extensive referencing on any tenant who expresses an interest in proceeding with an application for a property. However, the application process itself is very straightforward.

Tenant Responsibilities and Communication: Building a Successful Landlord-Tenant Relationship

We work continuously with our landlords to ensure their properties offer a good standard of accommodation, and in return expect our tenants to look after the property whilst they are living there. Communication is key, and we are happy to talk to you about any concerns you have whilst in the property, no matter how small or silly it may seem. – We will definitely have heard it before!

More often than not we fully manage our landlord’s property and will regularly see you on our routine visits, or have spoken to you to arrange access if you are busy at work.
