Party Wall Matters

Excavation and construction works within 3 metres of a neighbouring property are required, under the Party Wall Act as notifiable work to any adjoining owners.  There are three members of staff who work in the party wall area and are members of Pyramis and Thisby.  As building surveyors we are perfectly placed to administrate the requirements of the Act minimising damage to the adjoining owners building of which the building owner would be responsible.
