Measured Surveys

The first stage of any design project is to accurately measure up the existing site or building which is to be altered, extended or built upon.  Existing drawings consist of wall construction types, levels between floors, identified services and their positions such as external drainage, gas and electrical supplies, approximate boundary positions together with any trees or hedges that could influence the design procedure.  From secondary schools to care homes no job is outside our remit.
