Once permissions have been granted in terms of planning, building regulations, services permission and party wall matters, we recommend a suitable number of contractors for your project to be sent to for tender. Once a price has been agreed it is extremely important to have a building works contract between yourself and your contractor.

The Oswicks team can act as contract administrators facilitating programme of works, payment schedules and regular site visits ensuring the project is on time and within budget. The type of contracts we use range from JCT Homeowners / Occupiers to JCT minor works contracts.
